The council hired Arup late last year to perform further analysis of Sound Transit's B7/C9T alternative, from Interstate 90 to downtown, for the East Link light rail project. The new B7-Revised alternative is a variation of B7. The goal was to determine if further development would improve performance and reduce costs and impacts of the East Link route in South Bellevue.
