Municipal League Rates Bellevue Council Candidates for 2013

Incumbent city councilmen Kevin Wallace and Don Davidson were rated outstanding by the league.

The Municipal League released its ratings for the Bellevue City Council candidates for 2013 on Tuesday. Incumbent city councilmen Kevin Wallace and Don Davidson were rated outstanding by the league.

According to the non-partisan Municipal League, 60 volunteers devoted more than 2,000 hours to review candidate questionnaires, studying the public record, speaking with references, and conducting interviews with candidates. 

Committee members then rated each candidate on four criteria: involvement, character, effectiveness and knowledge.
