Veterans Day Should Remember All Who Served

Bellevue attorney and Iraq War veteran Frank Selden says we should honor civilians who served, too.

Bellevue attorney and Iraq War veteran Frank Selden says this Veterans Day we should honor everyone who served, not just those in uniform.

Selden shares what the day means to him as part of this month's "Lake to Lake" news show, available on the city's YouTube channel, its Internet site and on Bellevue TV (Channel 21).

"We had a lot of American civilians on our bases helping us do our job. Police officers, firefighters and school teachers, doctors and nurses," Selden says. "They, to me, are part of the American veteran community."
