Bellevue Christian School Bus Driver Injured After Woodinville Crash

The bus driver was taken to Evergreen hospital for minor injuries, according to Woodinville Fire and Rescue officials.

A Bellevue Christian School bus driver suffered minor injuries Monday morning in a crash involving a pickup on Woodinville-Duvall Road, Woodinville Fire and Rescue officials said.

No students were on the bus at the time and the driver was en route to pick up students who attend Bellevue Christian School, school officials confirmed to Patch.

Fire and police were called to the crash at approximately 6:30 a.m. at 156 Ave. NE and NE Woodinville Duvall Road. The driver of the pickup was not injured. The school bus driver was evaluated at the scene and transported to Evergreen Hospital for minor injuries, said David Week of Woodinville Fire and Rescue.
