Are there health issues people seek help for in the US that they don’t in your culture?

Join a special session of Cultural Conversations where we will welcome three guest experts who will educate us on cultural competence in healthcare.

We will be joined by Yris Lance, community relations liaison for the Governor's Interagency Council on Health Disparities, Ira SenGupta, Executive Director of the Cross Cultural Health Care Program and Sachiko Nakano, a licensed acupuncturist who treats women from all over the world.

These experts will provide a framework for an open discussion of cross cultural issues in health care.  Free and open to women in the community.
