Come to The Hope Heart Institute's Volunteer & Outreach workshop to learn more about volunteering opportunities with The Hope, gain skills in effective community outreach, learn about the importance of spreading heart-health information and get more information about upcoming workshops such as stress management, nutrition, fitness, etc.
