Growing a Business Beyond One Man and a Truck

Cuban immigrant Lisandro is chasing the American Dream with his business, North Pole Air Conditioning and Heating Services in Orlando. But without any prior business experience, he needed some help to grow. 

Until this point, Lisandro was a one-man show. As he looks to take his business to the next level, he needs more equipment, more employees and a plan to get him there. 

North Pole was selected to experience the Wells Fargo Works Project, in which they were given $25,000 and expert mentorship. They used the money to help develop a business plan, create a new website and marketing materials and buy additional tools and office supplies. Watch the video to learn more about growing a business.
