Meditation in Motion

Come play and let your spirit flow joyfully through your body!  In this workshop, we will create a joyful, loving experience of being in the body and feel the delight of movement.  First, we will connect with the spirit thorugh meditation and then maintain that connection as we move into asana and dance.  This is a wonderful opportunity to increase body awareness, learn how to maintain an inner connection while in motion, and most of all, to have fun feeling your heart sparkle and express through your body.  Each day has a slightly different focus and can be paid on  your regular Yoga Centers pass.  Open to all, experience with Purna Yoga Meditation and asana helpful.
