Preps Football Preview: Bellevue Hosts Lake Washington Friday

Breakdown: Bellevue has shown that it is once again the top 3A team in the state – and one of the best in nation – through the first three weeks of the season. The Wolverines, who are ranked 13th in the nation by USA Today, have handled two top opponents in Skyline and Oaks Christian and, while leading only 21-20 heading into the fourth quarter, disposed of conference opponent Interlake 42-20 last week. Lake Washington started the year with two big wins over 4A teams in Garfield and Redmond, but stumbled in a big way last week against Mount Si in a 42-0 loss.
