Summer Outdoor Movies Slated for Bellevue Downtown Park

The 2013 annual Summer Outdoor Movies in the Park in Bellevue Downtown Park kicks off July 2, with Hotel Transylvania.

Families can come to Bellevue Downtown Park, 10201 4th Street NE, Bellevue, with lawn chairs and picnic items to enjoy a movie under the stars. Movies start at 8 p.m. but there are pre-movie events and games to keep kids occupied.

In case of bad weather, the movies will be shown at the South Bellevue Community Center, 14509 SE Newport Way, Bellevue.

Each week, donations will be accepted for a featured nonprofit. Check out the Summer Outdoor Movies in the Park website  or the listings in the Bellevue Patch events calendar for more details.

The family-friendly activity will be every Tuesday from July 2 to Aug. 20.
