This Seattle steakhouse has been bringing diners to the 21st floor of the Bellevue Place building since 1989. Executive chef Mike Dremann's signature USDA Prime steak brings in everyone from tech executives to couples celebrating a special night. Its private dining rooms are booked every day, and daily happy hours fill the lounge. Nightly piano music is a big draw, as is the unexpected outdoor patio, high above the Bellevue skyline. Staff are long-term, some of whom have been there since the restaurant's opening.
