This is actually two different businesses. Both are owned by a partnership of Tom Cottrell, Steve Walker and Rob Reischel, founded in April 2009. The bar/restaurant portion has become a bit of a Bellevue hotspot. Originally focused on wines, it has expanded to spirits and beers due to demand by its young clientele. Thursdays are busy; it hosts tastings each week and has a 1/2 off bottle wine discount. Major tastings are hosted every six-eight weeks. The restaurant consultant, Alan Aquila, the GM at Yarrow Bay Grill, oversees the menu.
