Interlake High School

Flag as Inappropriate

Interlake High School is one of the schools in the state that consistently makes the "America's Best High Schools" lists in both Newsweek and U.S. News and World Report. Last year, it was named in the top 20 on Newsweek's list, which used participation in advanced courses as part of the criteria. Interlake is the only high school in the Bellevue School District that offers both advanced placement classes, which give students college-level course work that is evaluated in a national test, and the International Baccalaureate Program, an internationally recognized two-year diploma program with academically rigorous courses. Interlake is also the location of the Gifted High School Program, for students who score high on the Cognitive Abilities Test. Students in Bellevue's gifted program for middle school students (PRISM) are enrolled automatically.
