Taj Palace of India
Taj Palace is the third restaurant for Bellevue resident Gurmail S. Gill, who previously owned establishments in Texas and Arkansas. Gill's newest family-run restaurant specializes in cuisine from northeast India and features a large, elegant interior lined with hand-painted canvas screens. Taj Palace's most popular dishes include tandoori chicken ($12.95), saag gosht ($14.95) and jumbo tandoori prawns ($15.95). Two private banquet rooms seating 30 and 40 each are available for private parties or business meetings.
