Since opening in 2001 it has been kept busy with shoppers, Microsofties and hotel guests from the nearby Hyatt and Westin Hotels. It offers catering and takeout and has several options for dining. You can also pick up some of its signature dressings and sauces to go. And, of course, cheesecake.
