Tokyo Japanese Restaurant

<p>The Tokyo Japanese Restaurant rests within a strip mall on Factoria Blvd. across from the Factoria cinemas. As you can tell probably from the name, it is a restaurant that specializes in Japanese food, particularly sushi.</p> <p>The setting is rather elegant and probably resembles that of Japan with the bamboo wood decor. There is a sushi bar in the front of the dining room where about 15 people can sit and eat while the sushi rolls are hand made in front of them.</p> <p>The restaurant also serves tataki, shioyaki, toru and tofu steaks, sunomono and deep fried dishes. Their sushi menu consists of about 50 different varieties and come in 4, 6 or 8 pieces depending on the roll.</p>
