Shout out to Michelle Hilhorst for making this happen! I look forward to shopping at Bill's store!

The Newport Hills community is beyond thrilled to welcome the Pace family and their produceRead More store/coffee shop! We are so grateful Bill stuck with his plan in spite of all the obstacles he's had to leap over to open the Newport Hills store. Clarification: it was Michelle Hilhorst who had the foresight to coldcall Bill and ask him to consider a move to Newport Hills. We're so glad he said yes! Come visit Bill's store and our other businesses up here in Newport Hills!

T-mobile's comment, that these layoffs are to improve customer satisfaction is frankly just doubleRead More speak, to really mean, they want more profits for potential SHAREHOLDERS. They could care less about true customer support let alone preserving the dignity of their employees. Ditto that the U.S. corporate mentality.

Sadly, as our world continues to depend on electronic devices for communicating with fellow humanRead More beings, and less time engaging in person, I am not surprised by management taking the whimpy way out of letting go of employees, vs. having class and thanking employees for their service. And notice how more and more corporations make sure it is virtually impossible to speak to a person on the phone through customer service these days. I can barely find customer service phone numbers on Verizon or T-Mobile billing statements these days. They do not want to speak with us, UNLESS WE WANT TO UPGRADE OUR ENROLL IN A CONTRACT. In the end, people do matter, despite what top level executives claim. With that said, obviously there are some departments that need to be streamlined or restructured.

Oh, this I'm sure will comfort those who are leaving under these conditions. As the system must beRead More maintained for their benefit. I'm thinking you'll be thanked by these people for your concern.

This action on his part with the chase has all the earmarks or a person with a Bipolar disorder. HeRead More is a danger to others and no respect as well. I am so glad my husband is no longer there. Too much wrong on too many levels with the man himself.
