The store features a well stocked book and magazine section, a music department and a kids' section. There is a Starbucks attached to the store. The Barnes & Noble has been in the area since the 1970s.

This facility also has a pretty good seating area with multiple lounge chairs, as well as wooden chairs and benches scattered throughout the large store. Barnes & Noble Booksellers offers a huge variety of products from fiction and nonfiction paperback and hardcover books, CDs, DVDs, magazines, calenders, instructional items, planners, book lights and the chain's new ebook item, called the Nook.

This Starbucks Coffee is linked with the Barnes & Noble along 106th Avenue NE but also has its own separateMore entrance in addition to the one located within the bookstore.

Besides its connection with the bookstore, the characteristic that makes this Starbucks unique from the others close by are the eight large, comfortable lounge chairs in the middle of the floor and a more quiet atmosphere with the seating spread out and no music playing.

The service counter is long, giving the customers more space to order and stand while waiting for their drink to be made. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the seating area, allowing the customers to kick back with their laptops to take care of whatever business they may need to while drinking their beverage.
