John Howie was already a big name in the Bellevue foodie scene due to his resounding success at Seastar. His latestMore endeavor at the Bravern appears to be no less successful. Dining here is a full-service experience. Table presentation is fantastic, service is impeccable and of course, the food is out of this world. Lunch is filled with business people, and dinner is packed with diners from all over. There is piano entertainment seven nights a week, and a great bar menu for happy hour. Don't miss the Chateaubriand for two, which is carved at the table.
