I am a writer and gardener with a background in government relations and over 25 years of experience in journalism, technical writing, and corporate communications. My office window opens up to a cedar-shaded vegetable bed that is slowly sliding down Squak Moutain. When I am not gazing at a computer monitor or book, you can find me in my back yard, in the Pickering Barn Community Garden, at a River and Streams Board meeting, hiking a mountain trail, or chatting witih a neighborhood friend.
