Washington State health officials have suspended a King County-area massage practitioner's license after he was charged with sexual misconduct with a patient.

According to the state law, Matthew E. Usher cannot practice massage in Washington until the charges are resolved.

During a massage treatment in December 2012, Usher allegedly reached under the draping and touched a patient’s breast.

Court documents stated that Usher, 30, was last living in Maple Valley and has worked at the Massage Envy in Newcastle for six years.

Usher has been criminally charged in King County Superior Court with indecent liberties.

Usher has 20 days to respond to the charges against his license and to request a hearing.
